EPR & PPWR software · EU packaging compliance, simplified
EPR and PPWR, off your plate.
Send Gram your sales and packaging once. It maps out what applies, prepares your EPR reports for every EU market, builds your PPWR declaration article by article, so signing it is the only thing left, and even drafts emails to the suppliers you're missing important details from. You review, we do the heavy lifting. No spreadsheets, no combing through the law.
No credit card needed. Privacy by design.

“Previously I had to manually check sales data for every SKU, country & marketplace.”
Counting down to PPWR deadline
PPWR is a hard deadline. Gram makes it a simple one.
From 12 August 2026, packaging can only go on the EU market with a Declaration of Conformity and the technical file behind it. Gram gets that packaging data in order now – materials, weights and recyclability – so you reach the deadline done, not scrambling.
PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) applies from 12 August 2026.
Is this you?
If you sell physical products in the EU, it applies to you.
Whichever one you are, the rules apply. Gram works out how – and handles the role you're in.
Why the current options don't work
You've got two options today. Both leave the hard part to you.
Do it yourself in a spreadsheet
Rebuild packaging weights by hand, every deadline, for every country. Again and again and again.
- Endless manual work, every single period
- You read and interpret each law yourself
- No audit trail for when authorities ask for it
Legacy advanced tool or hire consultants
Manual, labour-intensive and built for compliance departments, not you
- Complex, legal-jargon and hard to use
- Hours and hours of manual data entry
- Little to no guidance – you're on your own
The part no spreadsheet fixes
You file a number, and hope.
Both EPR and PPWR make you the one who has to prove it – a defensible audit trail for EPR, a signed declaration and technical file for PPWR. If anyone asks how you got your numbers, right now there's no honest answer you could give.
That's the part Gram takes off you – for both laws at once.
One platform · both EPR and PPWR
Set your packaging once. It powers both.
The same profile – your materials, weights and recyclability – prepares every market's EPR report and your PPWR declaration. One source of truth, both obligations handled.
Why one profile does both: recyclability is a single assessment for both laws – and from ~2030 the EU ties your EPR fees to your PPWR grade (eco-modulation). Get the packaging right once, and it pays off on both sides.
How it works
You send the sales. Gram does the rest.
Four steps from the raw data you already have to everything set up and ready. Most of it runs without you, and there's practical guidance at every point where it doesn't. An intuitive flow that guides you through both EPR reports and PPWR declarations, with what you need to do – and what you don't – clearly explained.
Step 01
Connect your sales
Upload sales data or (soon) connect your store. Gram reads every order and maps it to the right market and materials – automatically.
Step 02
Set your packaging once
Packaging mapped automatically. Where a SKU is missing any details, Gram drafts the exact emails to the right suppliers to retrieve them – so you fix real gaps, not a form or setup marathon.
Step 03
Gram works out what applies
Every market's categories and fees worked out, and every product that needs a PPWR declaration flagged. For the evidence you're missing, Gram drafts the exact email to send each supplier, requesting the proof for your PPWR technical documentation – you just hit send.
Step 04
Everything's ready to file
EPR reports per country, down to the gram, plus a PPWR Declaration of Conformity – every figure traceable to a sale and a spec.

From our pilot programme
“Being able to upload CSV/Excel files from Amazon & Shopify orders to get accurate EPR reports has already saved us a lot of time & money.
Previously I had to manually check sales data for every SKU, country & marketplace. This was time consuming and often led to human error.”
Why you can trust the numbers
Built by EU compliance people, on the primary regulations.

Every figure traces back to a sale and a spec.
Straight from the source
Mapped to the real text: VerpackG, CITEO, PPWR Annex VII.
Expert guidance, not just a tool
Hands-on guidance from experts who've built EU compliance software before.

Where you must register for EPR, and where you don't Gram works out which markets your sales reach, and keeps every deadline in front of you.
Not sure what info you need from your suppliers We draft the ask for you – just hit send
Filing a number and hoping no one asks an audit trail behind each one
Why we built Gram
We've been on your side of this.
We've spent years building EU-compliance software that hundreds of companies across the EU and beyond rely on every day. We talked to hundreds of companies that have to comply with EPR and PPWR, and they confirmed what we felt: spreadsheets are not enough anymore, and every packaging tool is either a glorified spreadsheet or a consultant's dashboard buried in complex legal jargon.
So we built the one we wanted: minimal-intervention, with smart gap-analysis resolved for you. We read the regulations so you don't have to, tell you in plain words what applies, and stay beside you the whole way. We're always here to help.
Why now
Authorities are already checking you.
Marketplaces such as Amazon already ask for your EPR registration number before they let you sell, and even suspend sellers who can't show one. Registration isn't back-office paperwork anymore – you need it to even sell.
Authorities that hold the register of who's signed up already check it against everyone who sells physical products. The businesses that never registered are easily found, and fined. No warning.
Early access
Be one of the first to feel the magic of Gram.

Still unsure?
Not sure Gram is right for you? That's fair.
You don't have to have it all figured out yet. We've been through EU compliance ourselves, so the whole point of Gram is that you're not doing this alone. Look around, and reach out any time with a question – a real person answers, no pressure and no card.
